That's a wierd strategy. Writing calls is a protective strategy against flat or mildly (and temporarily) decending stock price.

Writing puts is just about as bullish as owning stock long. With the additional long stock you're talking about, your "double" long.

These ideas are opposites. Either you think it's going up or it's going down. Choose the CC if latter, or the put writes if the former.
