Or held at will. It just makes them like everyone else with the same rights as everyone else. So if this goes to $40/share they have the right to sell, buy or just smile and watch. With internet stocks that can go up 10 fold in a week, this seems smart.

Of course, they are going to sell at some point. That is the nature of all investments, although it could be 10 years down the road. But you were implying that the Prince intended on selling soon, and would therefore not make further investments. I don't think its likely but there is nothing in the filings that would make you believe that any selling is planned in the near future.

In fact, with the number of shares owned by the Prince, and with his representative serving on the board, I think a filing to sell would still be required.
