I had a problem with All-Tech's analysis client, and traced it to a problem with their firewall. I told them what to do to fix it, but they wouldn't implement the changes to their Checkpoint firewall, until they had seen the data from my PC... ie: PC Anywhere...

Have they connected to your site via PC Anywhere and tried to trace the problems? It may be an errant session timer with their ATTAIN system.. or something in the firewall not seeing the RT-3 data streaming to your PC...

Anyway, let me know if you'd like a hand working it out with All Tech. I've shown them a couple of things to improve service in the Atlanta branch and on my remote set up.

I do not have a satellite feed for the quotes. I wish I did. How much does that cost?

Also, via ISDN, I get faster quotes from the Datek streamer than on my market maker screens with All Tech.

I use satellite data feed from PC Quote for my trading ($1195/mo). However, I don't have any experience with using a satellite link (or ISP) to send outgoing data (i.e. orders) to your broker.
