CC-Kid, if you read the Press Release, it's self explanatory...

biz.yahoo.com

INNN has some very valuable patents on Interactive Network that four big Companies, TCI, NBC, Sprint and Motorola tried to "steal"...

A Judge made these Vultures convert their debts into INNN equity at $5.00 a share and return the Patents.

INNN also received a very substantial cash lump sum compensation and is due a steady flow of royalties on its Patents.

Do you think the Vultures are going to allow their FORCED INVESTMENT in INNN become wasted?? I think they're going to work together and within a reasonable time frame, we'll see INNN shares go from 85 cents to well over $5.00... A very unusual situation indeed!
