You are probably right that the window isn't closed. If that is the case then I am baffled by Intel going public with the 2 month slip. Unless Intel has already begun production wafer starts with the updated process, I don't see anyone with the exception of Dell having the ability or the incentive to making it happen. Dell has the most streamlined channel in the industry and a very strong relationships with Intel to help them but that is only 10% of the market.

I would like to see some data before I take this too seriously. As a point of reference, both John Carmack of ID and Tim Sweeny of Unreal, with reputation as the gaming gurus, have given a strong endorsement of K7. Check it out for yourself.
