With whom, exactly, did they file their 'dreaded form 10', Mr. Caruso?

It surely wasn't with the SEC, or we would see it on Edgar. It simply isn't there:
edgar-online.com

The co. put out a spin-meistered announcement that its audited financial statements can be found on its website. Maybe. But putting them there is not the same thing as filing a form 10 with the SEC.

Moreover, that form 10 will consist of much more than audited financials. It will include lots of fun stuff that usually appears in the proxy of a fully reporting company. Stuff that can be embarrassing to the people who run lousy companies, as opposed to good companies. Stuff like Greg Writer's direct ownership of FNTT shares.

Just wait for the SEC filing, and then watch the fun right here, where people who are expert in reading SEC filings will dig through through that form 10 and find lots of fun surprises.

Yep, it's going to be fun. But one thing is for sure, Mr. Caruso, it will be fun without any shouting, and without any exclamation marks. Try to stay cool, my friend.

P.S. Both Greg Writer and Jeffrey Chatfiled are currently shareholders of FNTT and are rstricted of any sales under Rule 144.

Are you saying that Page 17 of the FNTT auditor's report is in error?

It clearly states that Gregory D. Writer Jr. owns 0 shares.
and Jeffrey Chatfield owns 0 shares.

So, they the auditor either made a huge mistake (calling into question everything else in the report) or they own 0 shares. Which alternative do you prefer?
