Net Profit in 1998 for ZSUN is $1,152 Million and yes ZSUN filed its financial results with S&P, as it said it would: advisorinsight.com We now know how much ZSUN has paid for OIA: 3 Million shares, which after split gives us 26.9 Millions shares issued. Based on anticipated net earnings of $9 to $10 Millions for 1999, it is clear that my target of 32 cents EPS should be met. Regards, F. Goelo + + +
