<<They may sell forward at $256, who can tell the bottom of gold at this time. ABX has a cash cost of $130, at $256 they are still in the black. With the cash they have at this point, they would like to see gold decrease some more so they can buy up a few company's>>

Someone say vultures? When (arguebly) the best police forces in the world charges one of their directors and when books have been written on the dealings of the same director plus rumours of past activities being less than what you or I can/may deem acceptable, it may just reflect the fact that ABX is prepared to break a few ethical/moral rules/standards. I suppose the guy is innocent until proven guilty; but waht weght does the court of public opinion have? I know how I would call this company. While I believe that this company will succeed financially, I refuse to invest in them because they are no different than the other non-ethical funds/stocks that I have on my negative list.

If they have access to what the CB's are doing ahead of the actual moves through their political connections, then the SEC/OSC would like to hear about it because ABX should be fighting for a decent POG with the other major producers (as already noted they are conspicious by their abscence in that memo to the English body).
