! Per the company description on S&P's Market Access, the total outstanding shares are 13,465,000. Factor in the split and you get 26,930,000. At the current stock price, ZSUN has a market cap of $269 million, built on an asset base of roughly $4.0 million in questionable assets, which include 'immature stock', club membership fees and mortgage notes receivable.

And the OIA acquisition. 3,000,000 shares pre split i.e. 6,000,000 shares post split. That's $60 million!

Lets here your predictions now Franschwa!!

Francoise, it's time to sever your tout realationship with these swine, before the sever with you. You simply cannot defend these current number with what they have posted in the past, they do not jive, PERIOD, and it will be worse if they're ever foolish enough to try to file any of this mess with the SEC.(and give us details)

You don't want us to mention the fact that this thing is selling for a huge price/asset ratio. How about it's huge P/E ratio. If we generously say that they'll make $7mm this year,(that matches $.35/share, back on your old 20mm share basis that you lied about) then you have this thing selling at 38 times future earnings. Now don't pull that profitable internet crap with me, because we both know that the internet part lost money, if it wasn't for one time gains in short term security investments(to the tune of 1200%). Without these short term mystery securities going up 1200% last year, the internet part of this pig would have lost money, and will probably do so again this year.
How about price to sales. Let's again be generous and say 20mm in sales. Again, this thing would be selling at 13 times future sales, and again, it is not an internet. Out of that $20mm, less than $2mm will likely come from the internet divisions, and the bulk of the remaining OIA revenue will wane as they have to hit repeat town after repeat town, or venture farther and farther from the beaten path for fresh pupils.(see their upcoming seminars in Idaho Falls, and Alaska, hotbeds for online trading)
Face it, this thing is vastly overpriced based on their own fundamentals. just imagine how bad it will be when we get down to the true numbers.
