Thank you very much for that excellent post.

I assumed that gold producers took their hedging proceeds and invested in T-Bills (that worthless gov't paper... :0) where they can get a better return.

And it is interesting to see where ABX has positioned themselves by recognizing early the trend toward which gold was heading. They stand to profit greatly it appears.
