Rande, thank you for your fast analysis..much appreciated.

I wont go into the "why's" of what compelled me to buy this company, however I feel secure enough to be in accumulation mode here.

The company is without a permanent CEO, but they are aggressively seeking one that can fit the bill. I, along with other URSI investors/traders alike, are waiting for further CEO/aquisition news in the short term. I find the stock very attractive at this level, although technically, she needs to sustain the 4 1/4 mark. Terrible timing for TA with earnings right around the corner. As we all know, Technical analysis and fundamentals are like opposing magnetic forces.

Regarding URSI's finances, here's a snip:

Over the past 16 months the company has completed an initial public offering, made numerous acquisitions and built its acquired revenue base to approximately $270 million. We are a company that now has important size, and with our businesses and market scope, strong long-term potential."

And as for the recent $225,000,000 credit line, I'm not certain if they are keeping their head above water, rather than utilizing the funding for continued acquisitions. I believe we will be hearing more and more, thru PR's, exactly what URSI is doing with the $250mil.

''We now have the additional capital to finance our internal growth and continue our strategic acquisition program into the year 2000.''

I'll drink to that.

I feel companies such as URSI are not in the spotlight, and have learned to accumulate undervalued stocks with solid fundamentals, and simply wait them out for 3-6 months. I believe I have one in URSI, and feel a double is very achievable, from the current level.

Thanks for your input...will be following the thread.

Warmest regards,

Steve
