RE: NTAP's behavior after a secondary. On Mar 24 NTAP placed 2.5M sh in a secondary offering, bringing shares outstanding to 71.8M sh.

Effect on stock price was a drop of a couple of points for a day or so, but a new high was reached within 3 weeks.

Investors took it in stride, as the perception was the cash was needed for R&D and was being spent wisely.
