David, Our primary need is a dependable open interface that enables custom, self-service, UIs. At this time none of the firms in this space can provide the necessary service level required for mission critical applications. The HP partnership might be key to Broadvision in that respect. In fact, declining business might be the right step for Broadvision, best to not spread too thin. On the flip side, firms that provide the service can not meet the custom needs and do not offer a true open interface. There certainly is an unmet need in the marketplace. As a result, at this time we are going with in house development. No, I'm not in a retirement account. The tax certainly is an issue. Regards, Lee
