Can't really go by that.

IT takes into acount the share price over a certain time and with the sudden 50% cut it screws up the TA.

Look at the BOLinger bands. IT indicates a sell, but....

IF you look at the BBands alone they scream buy.

The reason being, the BBANDS have been between $30 and $38 for some time, where anything above $38 is a SELL and anything BELOW $30 is a buy.

Well with it at $16, obviously if BBANDS were the only criteria, then it would be BUY< BUY< BUY.

but....

you can't do just that, now can you.

BASICALLY NEON finds itself in uncharted waters from the TA side now, because most of the TA data from antime prior to JULY 6th, is kinda useless.

This is where the Due Dilligence side kicks in....

Why, oh why buy NEON ..? That is the question...

Is the company insolvent, doomed for bankruptcy or CH 11, or delisting? I don't thinks so....

So a delisting or bankruptcy is out.

How many shares does it have and what is the current market Cap..?
Are they too High at $16 a share?

Are they Too low at $16?

IS the business NEON is in a flavour of the month, or will it persevere?

More later...

Let's see

NEON has 30,920,000 shares O/S

at $16.31 per share price...

That gives NEON a Market Cap of $504,305,200

So

is NEON worth half a Billion.....

You tell me...

Last Quarter they made 29 million in revenues, up from 9 million

the market said that made them worth $40 / share

or 1 billion 234 million 800 thousand market cap...

so...is a loss this quarter due to (perhaps deals not closing in time and cost associated with aquisitions ) worth a 700 million dollar haircut?

Those are my questions.

Is NEON worth half a billion? If not, what is it worth? More? or Less?

Is the company still needed in it's field? If not, why did analysts not know this until this week?(please, no jokes)

And finally , for all the people who do not like NEON at the moment, there are people quietly in the background that still do. (Like all of the institutions that owned part of the 17 million float)

For those that still like NEON, at what share price, will they one day turn on their computers and yell OH MY GOD, NEON IS AT $X.XX. BUY , BUY, BUY BEFORE THOSE %^%&$# MARKET MAKERS JACK THE PRICE BACK UP!!!

So....

is anyone up for discussion of those questions? or would we all prefer to talk about the woulda, coulda, shoulda, whosa ata faulta, whadda amma Ia gonna doa???
