seems to me you are knowledgeable about telepnony's billing specs. all billing systems are basically required to generate Call Detail Records (CDRs) not only to bill customers but also to gather statistics for the network operation and maintenance (O&M). i have some exposure to billing for wireless carriers (similar to wireline billings) because i work in this industry and often use the CDRs and Call Class Failures (CCFs) in my analyses for the RF side of the wireless network. i still have not read the content of your link. will try to do so for more knowledge. thank you. however, it was not hawaii60 who commented on your link but blankmind and he did not consider your url useless.
