Isn't AGP double-pumped?.. Not sure (off hand) but I seem to remember it being.. I think this is what Ten was talking about.

Nope, AGP runs off a 66 MHz clock. Data is sent along with quad-pumped strobes, but arbitration signals, PCI requests, and other miscellany is sampled off the 66 MHz clock.
