Etrade is using its ipo center to attract people to sign on with them. They do have China shares, but I think they have way too few shares to have a meaningful distribution. The people who see that "Etrade has hot ipo shares for their members" don't know the truth, and they sign on with Etrade. It is all advertising. I just wonder how many shares Etrade does have. They will not tell because it will probably amount to false advertising.
