Thanks Frank, here's another point I bet we agree on. Even though there is a constant flow of information saying that the government does not want to step in, the pressure on ATHM from "Open Access" will continue to rise. Here is the latest:

In theory, this should throw cold water on SF Board. In theory, it should help ATHM a little.

But ATHM continues down today, in spite of the news, and I doubt it will change the minds of the true believers.

Talk about Messiahdom.

Perhaps you could clarify something for me. The FCC, as I understand, has the ability to stop this.

Question: What type of formal legal action does the FCC have to take to end "Open Access"? Everyone is saying that they need to clarify their position but I don't know how this is done in a formal way.
