Don't shoot the messenger... this was posted on RB. Take it for what it's worth. Rumor Thanks for your response. As promised here is the basics of the information that I know. The company has had larger earnings than expected (As much as 4 million more than expected) which has been audited backwards and forwards and is also involved in a merger or large investment in FAMH by another very large public company. The truth from FAMH may have been hard to come by in the past but with this new investor everything had to be on the up and up as the merging or investing company had to do its due diligence before making this deal. Also the investing company will also have a duty and maybe even a board position to oversee there investment! News should be forthcoming (Next two weeks).
