You haven't been screwed. Obviously, NETG is selling out at a price they think is reasonable. After the previous secondary, the powers that be probably felt another secondary would do too much damage to stock price. They knew what the company was really worth. Too many people are "investing" in the net companies without regard to fundamentals and pricing. Now they are starting to suffer for it (e.g. netg, cdnw, abov, etc.)
