Barclaycard implemented the IMC Agent for Outlook, developed by Mustang Software to be used with Microsoft's (Nasdaq: MSFT) Outlook messaging and collaboration software, to seamlessly integrate IMC within Barclaycard's existing e-mail infrastructure. Additionally, Mustang's services team created three AutoAgents to fully automate common response tasks -- saving agents time and improving productivity and maximizing the return on investment of Barclaycard's e-mail management project.
