I could put stop losses on about 5 issues and walk away, since everything else is a long term hold. The thing about stop loss orders is that MM's almost always make sure they fill. <gg>

Take a look at Global Crossing (GBLX). They are laying the first high capacity transocean cables outside of the traditional consortia at a far lower cost. The stock dove from 50 or so a while back down to 40 and change (where I bought in). They have a lot on their plate in trying to merge with both Frontier and US West at the same time. IMO, the Frontier deal is by ar the more important. QWST is fighting them. Price is up to 43+ and rising. Good short term and (probably) long term play. This is another future high tech comms winner I believe. Anybody buy any GSTRF? It's up to 27 after my rec at 23 here a week(?) ago. Sorry, can't write more just now - meeting in 15 minutes. Mike
