I agree with your assessment. However, several factors have contributed to the decline in stock price over the last couple years. 1. Their delisting. 2. Their strategic shift. 3. Absence of any PR's, news, developments, etc. BBT has left investors in the dark for some time now. IMO their illusiveness has not been good for the shareholders. I wonder however, if they are diligently working on a new product that will surprise the market and draw attention, or if they are just flapping their wings. One good point to mention (again) is their strategic alliance with Bosch Telecom and Lucent. These alliances still exist, so I will assume there are things going on in the background that we are just unaware of at this point. IMO, this company is a good buy near $2.00. If you believe in the management's potential to turn this company around, then it's a great, low risk opportunity.
