President Lee, the Frank Sinatra of Asian Politics

Thanks to all who've posted well-thought links to articles concerning the Asian markets, particularly China & Taiwan. I myself am concerned about the tensions rising there over some President Lee's latest moves. Considering US-China relations haven't been this poor in a quite a while, & Taiwan being US-friendly, it's likely that China will make a move soon to "bully" Taiwan a bit. I would certainly recommend reading the following article: worldlyinvestor.com
... which makes the deduction that "Lee has chosen to play the Two Chinas card to distract the Taiwanese people and undercut [Vice Pres.] Soong, who supports rapprochement with Beijing."
I'm interested in what the rest of you think.
