Darrell....the ruling should be posted in the wires this afternoon.

Look for DOWJONES WIRE SERVICES TO FIRST ANNOUNCE THE RULING.

If we have a ruling to OPEN the pipes....this should move the momentum to our side as other counties will follow suit.
