Hi Edwarda,

I grew up in Rochester and never did like it much. I fled NY in 1977 for Tn. and have yet to regret the decision. There are lot's of nice people in NY and I know at least one in NYC! :-) I know that you must brighten up anyplace you go.

I always sensed a cloud of despair over Rochester that I couldn't stand. I have felt the same thing about NYC and Cleveland Ohio. I did not feel that about any other cities I have been to like those three. There is something very appealing in the air in Atlanta Ga. but I decided not to settle down there. No, it's not me. I think places have an overall main "spirit" or "aura" and I am unfortunate enough to be able to feel that.
