As of this morning, after the press release, ETrade still maintains they have NOT received dividend shares to be allocated. Offie

Hello Kevin, just a comment. DLJ has confirmed with me that once I sign a "stock power" for them, they will forward the certificates to me. They claim the form is used by them (DLJ) to go to the TA and request the shares. Does this scenario sound familiar? Thanks for any comment you can forward. Rick
