What could his response be in a public/private forum such as this that would satisfy the lawyers anyway? I'm grateful that he is here listening period. Probably quite a few CEO's DO monitor the message boards in some fashion, but how many come out and let their presence be known. It's unreasonable to expect a public statement from the CEO in reply to your comments. Not that they weren't worthy of being stated - to that end, I think it's great to know he's available and listening.

well, to be fair, the question was posted sunday night. so it's been a day and a half. not hard to imagine the ceo being busy with other things, don't you agree? as far as a previous reference to the ceo's ability to reply in this forum... that is a good point. however, he has taken it upon himself to appear and solicit input. if he was handcuffed, so to speak, he should never have come around. on a whole other level, why do we even believe it is the ceo? [point of clarification: i'm not saying it isn't... i've just asked why we think it is.] can't you call yourself whatever you choose here in this wonderful medium we call SI? :) mark
