Wrong. By about 86%. You took the $35 1/4 high and multiplied it against the current 24M shares outstanding. This is incorrect because at the time that high was reached, the shares outstanding was actually about 13M. Many of the new shares are those issued by the STB acquisition. The actual market cap at the time was therefore really around $458M.
