To be honest Jack I love NCES but I think it was a much better buy at the level I bought it at 2 15/16. I still think they will get bought but I would not chase it. I don't chase stocks no matter how much I like them. I think if I had not bought NCES yet I would either wait until it pulls back to buy or not buy it at all. I saw very little downside at my entry price but to buy it at 3 1/2 you could have a downside of 3 if there is not a buyout. dawgy
