Reorganization

SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 13, 1999--DRG, Inc. d/b/a Diversified
Resources Group, Inc. (Nasdaq OTC BB:DRGI), a Sarasota, Florida based company,
announced full and final confirmation of its Plan of Reorganization.

The company will no longer operate under protection from its creditors and is free to make
acquisitions and raise new capital. The company also announced that it has changed its
name to Diversified Resources Group, Inc. O. Howard Davidsmeyer, Chairman of the

MIck33, there was no way for me to know who was right about anything. It seems that HDST is doing quite well and since Copper Master was adding due diligence I simply added him as a potential winner as well.

Anyway the heat of competition often brings the worst out of people.

It looks like Copper Master realizes that as well!

Lets just hope we all benefit in the long run!
