My simple math goes like this:

BANY holds ca. 1/3 of the shares which ANYI holds
and has roughly 2x the share count of ANYI

giving it a worth from ANYI holdings alone from about 1/6 of ANYI

BANY already defacto is a subsidiary of ANYI. IMO integration into the whole E-Commerce mall will be the future of this one - i don't see other promising ways

Revolving door... I see what you mean. You coined a new one. New to me anyway. I say we just call it a PistolPete play.

BANY... An excellent Pistol Pete WITH ANYI.

Nothing against C.McD but not only do I like your scenario much more I believe it makes much better sense.

IMO this is only the second of many successively higher runs anyway.
