Nice move in a couple wireless companies today, TGNT and CLNTF. TGNT broke out of a 3-month base on high volume. CLNTF broke out yesterday on high volume from a 5-month base and held the breakout today. CD continues to base nicely and looks like it might be getting ready to make a try at new 52-week highs. Low group RS is the biggest drawback to this one. CEFT is possibly building a handle on a wide cup. - Jeff
