Morning Fish,

I agree with what you say but the reason for the trading halt is a real mystery. Doesn't make sense to me and all the reasons stated to this point don't jive at all. I know of other stocks that are in worse shape and have made unfullfilled promises and really look like scams any yet they are still trading. I guess time will tell.

By the way, nice fairway shot. Heh, heh, heh

Very good question and I feel the same way.

I think what SEC is saying: this is a pretty significant price increase, supported by a heavy volume. Before all these investors, buying into the frenzy, get hurt, let's take another look and give them a time to think about. Let's get all the financials and contracts news in place so that these new investors can step back and look at it.
I M H O!!!!!

The problem is I know there have been big investors of DGIV, who complained to SEC about MM manipulation, NOT company fraud. SEC should look into that and not penalise the company on things beyond their control.

The only thing Digitcom can do is to file financials with SEC and show the real contracts, without publicizing the contracts(IF that's a requirement by our partners). SEC gets satisfied (our lawyers should ensure that), stock starts trading, DGIV does and reports business, DGIV gets valued on real and not imaginary things. This is what I am hoping for. If Digitcom does not have any business and is just a fraud, I have no problem accepting that.

Quick question: are you guys confident that SEC will allow trading on July 22nd?

Thanks,
Partha

That is the question Fish...

Like you, I don't buy the theory about price and volume increases being the reason... though they may have been a contributing factor.

I also don't buy the issues with the old PR's being the cause, but again, though they may be a contributing factor too.

No, the only real thing that I can come up with is not "what" DGIV has been saying so much as "how" they have been saying it. We know that Digitcom has been stung by the SEC for the "how" it was saying things in the past... or at least there were some very strong rumors about that. Letting information leak from the company makes some investors "more equal than others." That is a practice that the SEC frowns upon.

I am not talking about calling IR and getting some sort of scoop about the company from Cheryl and / or Roger. In my mind, theoretically at least, anyone could call them and get the same information... that which has been approved for release.

Anyway, that's my theory... for right now... <g>

Partha... if they don't find anything fundamentally wrong with the way they do business, I would expect the SEC to not extend the halt. However, that does not mean that we will begin trading right away. From the article that Howard posted, it appears that at least one MM will have to do their DD and then file the necessary paperwork to make a market in DGIV...
