I should have expounded a bit more about the article in the Sentinel paper. There is a housing shortage ( in a lot of price ranges) so it is a sellers market. Also the average time a home is on the market is 73 days. Im may the average time on market was 88 days. Come on down.....the weather is HOT! Just like the housing market... Bill

bill...ot ot ot you sound like my uncle...he bought a place near naples, and complains about the "wrinkled" old ladies and their cadillacs...he's about 70... considered tampa as it is an urban area..i'm only 50...prefer a good mixed demographic...age,race,culture,etc....trying to find a community with waterviews, well landscaped, 3 car garage, new to near new in the 300-500k range as a second, eventually year round home...may take a trip down in august or october...is the "orlando sentinel" the paper to read...good sunday real estate section? tia..ed a.
