Without quoting chapter and verse, in either the latter part of Exodus or the early part of Leviticus, God gave Moses a list of types of people He wanted dealt with. As to homosexuals, He told Moses they were an abomination to him and were to be cast out of the land. I suppose you could call that exile which is one form of dispensing with something. I find no place in the Bible where homosexuality is forgiven under any circumstances. Jesus forgave a prostitute but not a queer. TD
