Two best Shakespeare films, both by Lawrence Olivier:Henry V (I consider the Brannagh movie a travesty); and Richard III....I haven't seen the Kingsley, but will check it out sometime...Sometimes, as in The Kid, Chaplin is too maudlin, but at his best, fabulous. I particularly like Modern Times and the Gold Rush. Sometimes the Marx Brother's are too much, but farce is always boisterous...I have only watched the Full Monty once, and there were many good movies contemporaneously, but I thought it was rated about right, so to speak...I am sure that it has something to do with sex. Although I am not a conventional male when it comes to cinema, I have limits that a woman might not:-).....
