Web-I am not certain but my recollection is that the only quarter to be reported late is the last Q of the fiscal year,for the reason you mention.

What are you getting worked up about? The last great report was July 27, 1998. That date is burned indelibly in my brain (or what's left of it), just as December 7, 1941 or November 22, 1963.
