IVOC will have to become a reporting company by early in 2000 under OTC BB rules going into effect or it will be off to the pink sheets. There is a time schedule for all OTC BB, but am not sure exactly where IVOC falls in the scheme of things, but probably not later than 15 March 2000, which is still nearly nine months away. Hope they start soon and not delay until the last minute.

I would gueess that the stock is acting like shit because either the total number of shares is larger than anyone thinks, or our buddy Joel has turned on the printing press and is selling 10s of millions of those shares while he can. dillution, the more he sells, the lower it goes., and the more they will try like hell to deny it and hide it from everyone for as long as they can. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Who is the TA for this stock???? all someone has to do is get the number and ask them about it, if the right questions are asked like 1. has the max num of authorized shares been raised lately?? 2 has the total number in the float right now dramatically risen up over the last few weeks,???? 3. if the Ta wont answer these questions, I would get the hell out fast. If any of the above is true, I would sell my shares first and post the info later. It would be every man for himself. this one is starting to act like its getting dilluted big time, good luck .
