Intel is going to screw all the techs tomorrow as Niles was right once again. It is time to get rid of that ceo. If Intel could not beat the estimates this quarter when the hell will they ever?? There goes the summer rally.

Looks like Microsoft has another leach on its back. This damn parasites are everywhere.

Jury Urged To Hit Microsoft With Damages

software firm Tuesday urged a federal jury to find Microsoft Corp. (Nasdaq:MSFT - news)
guilty of anti-competitive behavior and award massive damages against the software giant.

Danbury, Conn.-based Bristol Technology Inc. seeks up to $263 million in damages in an antitrust trial.
