Yes I was aware of both facts when I sold.

Unfortunately, with NN, these rumours tend to be insidious.
For the sake of the longs, I hope that's not the case this time.

Unfortunately, I think that NN's history is about to repeat, so I sold.

We'll soon see whether or not the short term decision was appropriate. Longer term, I still believe NN will do better than the market. It just won't have me along for the ride.

To make it interesting in whether the decision to get out of NN was sound or not, the money has gone back to work. I'll be interested in seeing which has the better relative performance going forward...

Note: TWE was purchased in Cdn dollars on the TSE not TWE in US$ on the NYSE. ;-)

It is no news for NN to miss its numbers...you would think the analysts would get the bright idea to lower their expectations!
