OMPT: when OMPT was acquired by VoiceStream, the price is fixed by a formula:
<<<VoiceStream will offer 0.825 shares plus $8 in cash for each share of OmniPoint >>>

In other word, if the share price of VoiceStream is up on the market then the price of OMPT is also up. If VoiceStream going south then the OMPT share price will be down.

This should explain the 34 1/2....BTW, I sold all at 33 7/8.

good candidates for being acquired by T.
