INSI - Buyout rumor, could be good. Have followed for months and held steady in mid 4's, moving today. The full report is at Raging Bull.

And who may be the acquirer? The obvious one is Unisys, whose stock in any case has
been soaring and who can pay top dollar for something it has to have. But we see Xerox
(XRX-$58 9/16) as an emerging candidate. Its needs are even bigger than Unisys', if
only because it's three times Unisys' size and all its customers are in the document
business anyhow. And it also has a soaring stock price and can pay top dollar as well.
Hmm, who do you think would win in that scenario and at what price? Our prediction a
bidding war and the winner pays at a minimum $10 per share. Remember that INSI is
the last one standing with this critical technology and the losing bidder must go without
the technology and forfeit this lucrative Internet and Ecommerce opportunity. Neither
Unisys nor Xerox is likely to want to miss this chance.
