It seems like brand recognition is the key here...is BII doing anything to grab/maintain market share? The market is at/near record levels and BII is stuck in a range...looking for clues to see what direction it is going in the near term...

That's why Bid is diversifying by marketing their patent and establishing themselves as leaders in the B2B market. While their own auction site nets some decent profits it is also a showcase to potential clients.

The streaming video is a great differentiator, while people are willing to adopt technology there is still a comfort factor in seeing and hearing the pitch.

Once again your views are quite simplistic GoNad but one could hardly expect any more.
