INTC expects a strong second half. They COULD have said something else, and we all know what that is. This is all that matters, I bet the CC will be positive.

DELL trading at 42 1/8 aftermarket
INTC is at 65 3/4 (it went down hard after the announcement, but it came back up above the closing price).

Intel outlook for the third quarter and rest of year is bullish. So, I expect that we will open down and then slowly pick up.
