when did Dell announce it's action site?

Doesn't AMZN have one as well? I guess Barnes and Noble will have one as well...to bad consumers are not increasing at the same exponential rate...still a couple of good PR's could drive it much higher (BII). James any confirmation on when that news you have been alluding to the past few weeks is coming out?
