DOW NEWS got it ! How about Reuters, Business Wire ?? Intl Fibercom Added To Russell 3000, 2000 Indexes NEW YORK -- Frank Russell Co. added International FiberCom Inc. (IFCI) to both the Russell 3000 and Russell 2000 indexes. In a press release Tuesday, International FiberCom said the Russell 3000 index lists the 3,000 largest listed companies, based on market capitalization. The Russell 2000 index measures the performance of the smallest 2,000 companies of the Russell 3000 index. Frank Russell Co. is an asset consulting and investment management company. International FiberCom makes engineering, development and maintenance services for telecommunications networks.
