My guess is that with the run up to 9 cents a few days ago, and the failure to breakout on the upside, led to discouragement by a big holder(s) who decided to dump his shares. In other words, uniformed selling by an impatient shareholder.

Unfortunately we do not know how many more shares that "big holder" has, and what his plans are.

Fundamentals are unchanged and solid awaiting news on KDS developments.

The same statement could have been made 2 years ago. Are you aware of any favorable developments concerning KDS?
