Hi Rodney;
Glad you see that you have discovered the ASP market in your investment research, and interesting that you ask..."Which
companies are some of the top players?...."

Permit me to introduce you to Infocast Corp. (IFCC-OTCBB),one of the industry's first "stand-alone" ASP
providers.IFCC has developed and brought to market a central server network capable of linking large user groups that are
geographically dispersed, and can do so over high-speed,secure networks with real-time, interactive, distributed computing
capabilities that include voice and multimedia features.

Infocast has tailored its unique software solutions for three highly lucrative vertical markets in call center servicing,
teleworking, and distance learning.

Infocast has transformed the central server network into a public utility model, much like a telephone or electric utility. With
its powerful iHub network powered by Sun Microsystems Enterprise 10000 Servers, and supported by AT&T's digital
Virtual Private Network, the Infocast iHub network will be one of the most powerful, fastest, and most secure networks
available.

This distinctive combination of having its wholly-owned software solutions ,along with premier strategic alliance partners in
Sun Microsystems Inc., and AT&T Canada positions Infocast Corp. to quickly capture a significant market share of this
lucrative, and fast moving, computing business..

The consistent, and positive share price appreciation of IFCC during the past several weeks suggests that investors who are
keen to get in on the ground floor of this emerging "elephant-size" industry, are looking at Infocast, to be one of the
first-mover companies in this sector of the computing industry.

I would encourage you to refer to the company's homepage www.infocast-corp.com for complete information on the
company. Also,Cliff Jones,Investor Relations, would be happy to send you a complete package on the
company...1-877-338-8889.I have talked to Cliff many times since I became a shareholder, and he would be happy to
provide you with any information you need.

ASP's in the Spotlight...WALL STREET JOURNAL

According to the Wall Street Journal, the Internet is fueling a fundamental shift in software development from the desktop PC model to Web-Based pay-per-use computing and application services.Companies tapping into this rapidly growing industry are known as Application Service Providers(ASP's).

James Bryer, a venture capitalist at Accel Partners was quoted as follows:"Corporations are hastily scratching 'software' from their business plans and substituting ASP....in the past six month's we have
not seen a business plan which calls for purchase of conventional packaged software..."

Since the ASP sector is forecasted to explode to $21.1 billion in annual revenues within the next two and a half years, company's which are quick to develop and provide leading-edge technological software solutions will undoubtedly capture a lion's share of this highly lucrative market.

While there are many emerging ASP's jockeying for market share, one particular company seems to stand out to be well ahead "of the pack".That Company is INFOCAST CORP. (IFCC-OTCBB).
What makes IFCC stand out on a comparative basis is that it develops and customizes its own unique software solutions....it is not dependent on packaged applications from other software
companies.
