Well Dean , I think your assessment and forecast of likely scenarios is pretty close to the mark . Consider:

1. Q2 #'s in 2-3 weeks.

2. Marsfontein drilling updates - periodic over next 6 weeks.

3. Camafuca bulk sample - 6 weeks.

4. Upward revision of DB price book - ?

5. Resolution of GDV/DB dispute - ? ( encouraging progress of late; doesn't really affect SUF - except to the extent it affects 4 ?)

6 Messina - bankable feasibilty in progress , complete by Oct.

All of the foregoing are attention getters/price drivers. And who knows what NWT or Brazil may bring in this time frame. IMO , all the signals are there. A bid would have to remain open for 45 days - poison pill stipulates. Bids are often launched in advance of anticipated good news (so that the news is masked/subsumed by the bid price). At these levels , SUF looks susceptible in the short term. As for a major U.S. fund buying in , well , I think the results of all or part of 1-6 above will drive that.

Regards.

P.S. Confluence - we have two teenagers - I'm always mediating :-).
